Update: 2025-26 Annual Award Winners

Join the Duluth Preservation Alliance for an evening celebrating the people and places preserving Duluth’s architectural heritage. At this year’s Annual Meeting and Preservation Awards Celebration, DPA will recognize outstanding restoration projects and Centennial Homes that have reached 100 years or more while retaining their historic character.

The evening will also include DPA’s Annual Meeting, where members will elect officers and reflect on the past year’s accomplishments.

Awards program and Annual Meeting to follow.
Reception with light refreshments and a cash bar to follow the awards ceremony. This event is free and open to the public.
