2025-26 Annual Award Winners

Each spring, the Duluth Preservation Alliance recognizes outstanding preservation efforts that help protect and celebrate Duluth’s historic character. The annual Preservation & Centennial Awards Celebration brings together homeowners, preservation advocates, community members, and friends for an evening of recognition and connection.

This year’s event welcomed approximately 60–80 attendees at the historic West and Alhambra Theaters in West Duluth. Following the awards presentation, guests enjoyed light appetizers while reconnecting with fellow DPA members and celebrating the important work being done throughout the community.

A special thank you to the Annual Awards Committee for their dedication and hard work in making this another memorable DPA spring event.
