The Duluth Preservation Alliance Hosts its Annual Historic Properties Tour

Online Ticket Sales is Closed. Tickets can still be purchased in person tomorrow (Sunday) from 10am – 1:30 pm in the Fitger’s Brewery Complex lobby at 600 East Superior Street, Duluth, MN 55802.

Duluth​ ​is​ ​a​ ​city​ ​rich​ ​with​ ​architectural​ ​history.​ ​That​ ​history​ ​will​ ​be​ ​on​ ​full display​ ​during​ ​the​ ​Duluth​ ​Preservation​ ​Alliance’s​ ​Annual​ ​Historic​ ​Properties​ ​Tour.​ ​The​ ​tour runs​ ​from​ ​11am​ ​to​ ​4pm​ ​on​ ​Sunday,​ ​September​ ​17. People​ ​can​ ​wander​ ​inside​ ​and​ ​out​ of six​ ​historic​ ​gems​ ​around​ ​our ​Zenith​ ​City. This year, we even have a street car house! 

Announcing our Historic Properties Tour of 2023! As our annual fundraiser, come tour six historic properties built between 1889 to 1939.
  • Mallman House, 19 N 43rd Ave E., Built 1889
  • First Presbyterian Church, 300 E. 2nd St., Built 1891
  • Morgan Park Company House, 1051 84th Ave. W., Built 1913
  • Weiss House, 201 Ridgewood Rd., Built 1927
  • Garfield News Building, 1604 W. Superior St., Built 1938
  • Park Point Street Car House, 1229 Minnesota Ave., Converted about 1939
