4332 McCulloch Street

A large two-story white house with black shutters

The Lakeside Land Company built a handful of homes in 1906 that the Duluth Herald lovingly called “Pretentious.” Among these was this house, at 4332 McCulloch St., designed by Duluth architects Bray & Nystrom.

A black and white vintage photograph of a two-story house with an attic and a large front porch. Three people are visible: one stands on the porch, one is on the lawn, and another walks along the sidewalk.
