Hawthorne & Superior Duplex

A two-story white house with brown shutters and a dark roof, surrounded by green bushes, trees, and a patchy lawn, on a slightly sloped street under a cloudy sky.

7 Hawthorne Rd. & 3029 E. Superior St.

This duplex at the corner of Superior Street and Hawthorne Road is of unusual design as the homes are separate, but connected by their respective garages. One house faces Superior Street, while the other faces Hawthorne Road. The homes were inspired by Italian design and are covered in cement stucco.

Black and white sketch of a large two-story house labeled "New Hawthorne Road Residence," with trees and mountains in the background and a sign in front listing the address and architects.
