Learn About Historic Morgan Park!

This company town was a planned community built by U.S. Steel to serve its Duluth Works steel plant in the early 1900s. As you tour, you will learn first-hand how this town was laid out to be focused on community and family.

Meet at the neighborhood mall at 1096 88th Avenue West. If the weather is rainy, we will postpone to a future date, otherwise dress appropriately. The approximate duration of this tour is an hour and a half, distance is about a 2 mile walk. For those interested, we will meet at Bob’s afterwards for socializing.
