Discover Duluth’s rich architectural past and explore the stories behind its most beautiful historic properties. This year, we’re turning the spotlight on the west side of Duluth for a tour we’re calling “West Side Story.”

From stunning historic homes to iconic landmarks, you’ll step inside six unique properties that showcase the character, craftsmanship, and charm that make Duluth’s west side so special.

Denfeld High School Auditorium: 401 North 44th Avenue West
31 West 5th Street
2001 West 8th Street (Steep climb, may not be accessible to all)
