Join The Duluth Preservation Alliance for the Annual Historic Properties Tour!

Duluth​ ​is​ ​a​ ​city​ ​rich​ ​with​ ​architectural​ ​history.​ ​That​ ​history​ ​will​ ​be​ ​on​ ​full display​ ​during​ ​the​ ​Duluth​ ​Preservation​ ​Alliance’s​ ​Annual​ ​Historic​ ​Properties​ ​Tour.​ ​The​ ​tour runs​ ​from​ ​11am​ ​to​ ​4pm​ ​on​ ​Sunday,​ ​September​ ​15,​ ​where​ ​people​ ​can​ ​wander​ ​inside​ ​and​ ​out​ ​of seven ​historic​ ​gems​ ​around​ ​the​ ​Zenith​ ​City.

Tickets​ ​are​ ​$30​ ​and​ ​can​ ​be​ ​purchased​ ​one​ ​of​ ​two​ ​ways:

1. Purchase tickets online here on this page
2. or​ purchase your tickets ​at the​ ​Fitger’s​ ​lobby​ starting​ ​at​ ​10am​ ​on​ ​the day​ ​of​ ​the​ ​event.​ Fitger’s is located at ​600​ ​East​ ​Superior​ ​Street​ ​in​ ​Downtown​ ​Duluth.

NOTE: This year we are asking people to choose their tour starting point when purchasing tickets online. This will help our volunteers better coordinate. After receiving your ticket/tour book at that property, you are free to tour the remaining six properties in any order.

The UCC Church in Morgan Park will not start the tour until noon.
