Thank you for supporting the Duluth Preservation Alliance! Every purchase helps us preserve, protect, and celebrate Duluth’s historic buildings and architectural heritage.
Shipping
We offer flat-rate shipping within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or other locations outside the lower 48 may require additional shipping charges. If additional charges apply, we will contact you before shipping your order to arrange payment.
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
All orders are shipped directly to the address provided at checkout. Local pickup and delivery are not currently available.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return or exchange, merchandise must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
All returns and exchanges must be approved before merchandise is sent back.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned merchandise, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
We’ll work with you to arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we may be unable to make changes or cancel it.
