1746 Columbus Avenue

A small blue house with white trim, an orange porch with steps, green lawn, two wooden chairs, two pink toy vehicles, and trees in the background on a cloudy day.

“California Bungalow” was how this house at 1746 Columbus Avenue was described when it was built in 1925. The compact Spanish Colonial home features a fireplace and built-in china cabinet.

The home next door at 1750 Columbus was built at the same time in a similar style. These houses were built by Better Homes Inc., a developer of affordable homes with personality.
