Duluth​ ​is​ ​a​ ​city​ ​rich​ ​with​ ​architectural​ ​history.​ ​A unique part of that ​history​ ​will​ ​be​ ​on​ ​display​ ​during​ ​the​ ​Duluth​ ​Preservation​ ​Alliance’s​ ​Annual​ ​Historic​ ​Properties​ ​Tour.​ ​The​ ​tour runs​ ​from​ ​11am​ ​to​ ​4pm​ ​on​ ​Sunday,​ ​September​ ​18. People​ ​can​ ​wander​ ​inside​ ​and​ ​out​ of six​ ​historic​ ​gems​ ​around​ ​our ​Zenith​ ​City in any order. This year five of the properties are Mid-Century Modern. The properties are listed in the link above.

Tickets​ ​are​ ​$25​ ​and can be purchased online now using the form on this page. On the day of the tour, start at one of the addresses in the link above, at the door show your confirmation and you will be given a paper ticket.  Present this ticket for entrance to the rest of the properties.

The day of the event tickets will be available in person in the Fitger’s Duluth lobby, 600 East Superior St., from 1oam to 2pm.

Masks will be required to be properly worn while inside the properties.
