Please join the DPA at the wonderfully restored West Theatre to celebrate recent work on restoration and preservation of the historic character of eleven Duluth properties. Recognized property owners have a chance to share stories and lessons learned from their hard work and passion for preservation. In addition to properties with recent restoration work, we will commemorate twelve centennial homes whose original character has been maintained. Long live old buildings in Duluth!
