The Duluth Preservation Alliance (DPA) will recognize property owners for their dedication to preserving Duluth’s historic homes, buildings, and structures at this year’s Annual Meeting and Preservation Awards Celebration.
Join us for an evening dedicated to honoring the people and places that help preserve Duluth’s rich architectural heritage. Each year, DPA celebrates outstanding restoration efforts and recognizes Centennial Homes—properties that have reached 100 years or more while retaining their historic character.
“Every restored home and building tells a story of care, patience, and respect for the past,” said DPA President Lori Melton. “We’re honored to celebrate the individuals who keep Duluth’s history alive in such meaningful ways.”
This longstanding tradition, now spanning more than five decades, highlights the passion, craftsmanship, and dedication required to preserve Duluth’s historic fabric. From careful restorations to thoughtful stewardship, these efforts ensure that our shared history continues to be seen, experienced, and appreciated.
The evening will also include DPA’s Annual Meeting, where members will elect officers and reflect on the organization’s accomplishments over the past year.
